What to do with all that Candy?!?!

It's been a couple of days now since all the candy came in the house and the sugared up kids are not so cute anymore :) So here are some ideas of what to do with all that candy!

Make it in to delicious desserts :) Recipes here and here

Send it to the troops - some dentists are even buying it back and then sending it to the troops (Find a Candy Buy Back near you - thanks riles98!) or go through Operation Shoebox

Or look for other places to trade it in like at Noodles and Company - On November 7th from 11am - 9pm Kids 12 and under will receive a FREE bowl of noodles in exchange for their candy! (Thanks Chitowncheapskate!)

Did you find any great plans for your child's candy??

Honestly, with THREE kids who went trick-or-treating at Daddy's work (which is a big office building) AND then hit the neighborhood, we had way too much candy, so I went ahead and starting it dumping it back into the trick-or-treat bucket and passing it back out (with out my kids noticing, of course.) I just didn't want to keep all that candy in the house and since we live on base we had a TON of kids come to the door

And even after Halloween, I still felt like we had more than we could eat, so I gave half of it to my daughter's teacher for her to use in games and as prizes. But they still have a gallon jar full, which should last them awhile!
