Cinch! Update


I just wanted to share a little Cinch! update.  I have made it through the first 5 days of the program.  During those days you eat spinach, raspberries, almonds, yogurt, and eggs. Sounds kind of weird, until you read why Cynthia (the author) chose these foods. That is the best thing about the book, not only does she give you great advice, she explains why!  I already like the foods mentioned above, but after reading why they are good for my body, they will always be in my fridge!

Now, I'm moving in to the core of the Cinch! plan. I feel lighter and good.  I am happy that I am doing something good for my body.  I feel healthy.
