Keeping healthy is so important as a mom. Life can get stressful and if you don't take care of yourself, it becomes very hard to take care of your family. Personally, I struggle with stress, fatigue and diet. I am always looking for healthy, wholesome snacks to improve my diet and give me energy. I have done a lot of research and modification of what I eat over the past 6 months to help combat my lack of energy so I was really excited over the opportunity to try and review a KLUTCHclub Box from the KLUTCHclub.
KLUTCHclub is a subscription service that sends a box containing over $50 worth of goods and services to your door each month. Boxes include health snacks, workouts to try, and holistic body-care products. I received the "Spring Clean Your Body" box with a great selection of high end products designed to help you cleanse your body and mind! Here is what was inside my box:
Kristin McGee Power Yoga DVD: A detoxifying Yoga workout from MTV Power Yoga star, Kristin McGee
HyDrive: A brand new energizing drink product to kick-start your workout
ZICO Coconut Water: Post workout coconut water hydration to replenish electrolytes
Tea Forte SKIN SMART Antioxidant Amplifier Tea: In four flavors: Cherry Marzipan, Cucumber Mint, and Honey Yuzu
Shea Terra Organics Rose Hips Black Soap Deep Pore Facial Wash: Contains whole herbs, oils, seeds and no artificial fragrances to make your face super clean and healthy.
Barlean’s Organic Flax Oil: Organic omega 3, flax and fish oil supplements in new flavors
KIND bar: A filling bar with peanut butter and dark chocolate + protein.. yum!
Yoga Hyde: A $25 gift for Yoga Hyde all natural organic yoga clothes and outfits
Enjoy Life Plentils & No Nuts! Seed and Fruit Mix: Awesome snacks that are gluten-free and full of protein! You’ll enjoy every bit.
Great products aside, I have to say I was like a kid on Christmas morning opening this up! Even as an adult, I just love to get mail...especially a whole box full of goodies! When you join KLUTCHclub you receive a box valued at over $50 delivered right to your door each month! Each box contains workouts to try, healthy snacks, service coupons, and more! I really enjoyed getting to try the snacks. Healthy snacks can be pricey and getting the opportunity to try a few new ones was great! The Enjoy Life Snack is my new on-the-go option for my diet when I can't be at home for lunch -- It has my plant based protein and fruit so I just have to add in a whole grain and I am good to go! (Having products on hand you can grab and go is essential when you are teaching yourself to eat better)!
I also really enjoyed getting the Yoga DVD. As I mentioned above, stress is a huge issue for me and yoga is an option for relief I have discussed with my doctor, but had not yet tried. I was a bit awkward the first time I tried the DVD out, but I am getting the hang of it and it really is a very relaxing and calming workout. I love to try out new workouts so that is one of my favorite features of each box. Until my girls are a little older, I have to do most of my exercising at home so good DVD programs are a must. Overall, I thought that they did a great job of putting together a good mix of products for fitness, health, and wellness.
