MySurvey has an easy-to-use interface with the surveys right on the front page as well as your current accumulated points. I also like that if you have to stop a survey in the middle they actually save your current responses and you can pick back up with it later. (Many sites do not save your answers so you lose your work and often lose access to the survey which means you spent time answering questions for nothing).
They have more reward options than many of the other companies including restaurant gift cards, store cards,and my two favorites amazon e-certificates and cash via paypal. $10 rewards cost an average of 1100 points. Most survey are in the 200-400 point range so it only takes about 5 to earn reawards.
