1st Step Pro-Wellness released an exciting new line of products this month that you can pick up at your local Walgreens and I was very excited to get the chance to review a few of them! As a busy mom of four lack of energy is a HUGE problem since we all know kids have no issues in that department and keeping up can be tough when you just feel drained. My favorite product was the Whey protein powder because it was really easy to add to my morning smoothie and the added protein made me feel fuller longer...There is nothing worse than feeling hungry all of the time! I received the vanilla flavor and it was perfect in my favorite Raspberry Smoothie - 1 cup of raspberries, 1 scoop of powder, some fresh grated ginger, 1 cup of Fat-Free Greek yogurt and a few pieces of ice! (I have to admit that I hate Greek yogurt...I think it tastes like sour cream so the vanilla makes this tolerable for me and now I enjoy breakfast again).
