There is a new coupon available for $3.00/2 Sorrento or Precious Stringsters or Sticksters Snack Cheeses 10 oz or larger! This is a very high value coupon for cheese and I don't see it hanging around long!
These should be under $3 at the Commissary or just $1.50 each after coupon if your store carries this brand. They are also on rollback at Walmart so you can grab the following deal:

I can't print at my hotel to read the wording on this, but there seems to be some confusion as to whether this is a $3/2 or a $3/1 coupon. If you print and find it to be off of one then even better!
