Here is my Walgreens deal scenario for this week. You will end up with $37.55 worth of products for $9.33 out of pocket and end up with $3 in Register Rewards to use later. If you want to plan your own scenario keep the following rules in mind:
1. Each Register Rewards Deal is limited to one per transaction. If you want to get two or more of a deal you will need separate transactions.
2. You can not use the Register Reward from a deal to pay for the same deal or the Register Reward will not print.
Will not work:
Transaction 1:
Buy 1 Gillette Razor @ $3, get a $3 RR
=$3, plus get back $3 RR
Transaction 2:
Buy 1 Gillette Razor @ $3, get a $3 RR
Use the $3 RR from Transaction 1
=$0 (but you will not get the Register Reward)
Will Work:
Transaction 1:
Buy 1 Gillette Razor @ $3, get a $3 RR
=$3, plus get back $3 RR
Transaction 2:
Buy 1 Suave Body Wash @ $3, get a $3 RR
Use the $3 RR from Transaction 1
=$0, plus get $3 RR
3. You can not have more manufacturer coupons than items. Register Rewards are manufacturer coupons. If you want to apply a coupon and register reward to an item you will need a filler.
Will not work:
Buy 1 Gillette Razor @ $3, get a $3 RR
Use (1) $1/1 Gillette Razor from the Newspaper Insert
Use (1) $2 RR from previous week
=register will not allow
Will Work:
